As the title states, do I need to be living in Ireland to do DSA?
The info from the govt as per the below url is unclear to me.

It states "you must either be domiciled in the State or, within the year, have been living in the State or had a place of business in the State."
I am living overseas working as a PAYE worker for an Irish company...
