Contact from Bank after Bankruptcy

Hi, myself and my husband declared bankrupt nearly 2 years ago but last week we both got a text from the bank .

Hi ...... , we recently sent you a letter. To discuss this opportunity please call ........ We are here today to take your call until 6pm. ( Banks name )

We didn’t get any letters , the text wasn’t sent from a number but from the banks name and in the texts it said our names. I called the number late last night but call failed came up. Is it possible our details have been hacked ?
