Partner has a huge debt with revenue
Only asset is house (no mortgage ,in his name value less than €90000)
His looking at insolvency/bankrupt
My question is I've put a lot of money into house revonations furniture and pay utilities bills .The agreement was for my name to jointly go on deeds but
With the revenue debt I'm guessing doing that now wouldn't be allowed
Can I get something legal done to protect me and have a share in the house I'm worried the revenue...
