I have received conflicting advice on this issue recently and would appreciate some insight.
I have unsecured debt of €200k.
My home is in negative equity (circa €50k)with €300k outstanding on mortgage.
After mortgage/RLE's I have a monthly surplus of about €100.
This means a 6 yr PIA would yield €7200 (minus PIP fees) to creditors.
If a relative offered to cover this amount would creditors agree to an accelerated PIA whereby I would immediately be in the clear?
I would continue...
Accelerated "1-day" PIA???
