I had completely assumed it was for an additional 2 years after being exiting bankruptcy.
i.e. 3 years in total if you include your year of bankruptcy.
But a relation got letter saying they have to pay out for 3 years after bankruptcy. Meaning 4 years in total.
Can anyone confirm what the law is?
